Second Suit Accuses Kaiser of Endangering Patients OregonPEN Vol 1, No. 37, 31 October 2015

In last week’s OregonPEN, we reported on two doctors who filed lawsuits claiming that Kaiser Permanente’s cost-cutting measures were endangering patients’ health. Last week we printed a copy of the complaint filed by Radhika Breaden, MD, MPH. This week we are printing a copy of the complaint filed by Dr. Jennifer Lycette. Both physicians are now represented by Talia Stoessel, of the Portland law firm Bennett, Hartman, Morris & Kaplan.

For additional information about the lawsuits, see this in the Lund Report,  https://www.thelundreport.org/content/kaiser-faces-two-multi-million-lawsuits-over-behavior-dr-jeffery-weisz.
